These terms apply when you use Estifire. Paid subscriptions are not charged until the checkout flow shows the complete seller, price, renewal, cancellation, and withdrawal information and you actively confirm the purchase.

1. Service
Estifire provides collaborative estimation sessions, saved account features, exports, and optional AI-generated discussion support. Estimates and AI responses are decision support, not guarantees or professional advice.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for access to your account, session links, imported data, and the content you enter. Do not upload unlawful content, secrets, sensitive personal data, malware, or material you lack permission to use. Do not disrupt, probe, scrape, or bypass access and plan controls.
3. Plans, currencies, and billing
Free features can change with reasonable notice. During the launch offer, Personal has a base price of SEK 19 per month and Enterprise has a base price of SEK 39 per user per month. A customer keeps that SEK launch base price while the subscription remains active without interruption. If it is cancelled and purchased again, the price then offered applies. For eligible international purchases, Stripe Adaptive Pricing can present and charge an equivalent local-currency amount, including USD in the United States. Stripe discloses the applied exchange rate and any conversion adjustment before purchase. For subscriptions, the local-currency amount can vary between billing periods as exchange rates change, while the SEK base price remains fixed. Customers can choose the original SEK currency where Stripe offers that choice. Checkout shows the exact recurring amount, billing interval, quantity, included features, taxes where applicable, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Enterprise scope may be governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
Customers can cancel future renewal online from the billing portal. Consumers normally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Use the clearly available online withdrawal function or contact Estifire by email. A withdrawal request receives an immediate timestamped confirmation. If you asked for access to begin during the withdrawal period, mandatory law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal are different: cancellation stops future renewal, while a valid withdrawal request is handled under applicable consumer law.
5. Availability and liability
Estifire is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and any particular estimation outcome are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability excludes indirect loss and is limited to fees paid for the affected service period. Mandatory consumer rights are never limited.
6. Seller, changes, termination, and contact

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Access may be suspended for security threats or material breach. Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory protections available where a consumer lives.
